tech support

Tech support for our customers is
FREE and UNLIMITED.

  • If you need help setting up or using a product bought from AbleComm, call 1.888.225.3999.
  • We're open from 8am to 6pm (Eastern Time), Monday through Thursday, and from 8 to 5 on Friday.

  • Panasonic  NEC
      Mitel/Inter-Tel  EnGenius

    • Our tech support people have been trained and certified by the manufacturers of the phone systems we sell.
    • There is no charge for help on products you bought from us, and there is no time limit.
    • If you buy something from us, and later sell it or give it to someone else, that person is not entitled to receive free support, unless approved by us in advance.
    • If you did not buy the item from us, you can ask questions for free on our forums (see below).
    • Effective 1/1/07, we no longer offer paid-for live support on items we did not sell.
    • If you are planning to do an installation on a weekend or holiday when our office is closed, we may be able to provide help via cellphone. We also try to respond to forum questions when our office is closed.

Anyone can request free help on our forum.  You can "talk" to AbleComm, other system owners, and visiting experts. (Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that you will get an answer).

Phone System Forum is the place to ask about, discuss, and learn about Panasonic, NEC, TMC, EnGenius, and Mitel/Inter-Tel phone systems and voice processors. It also provides answers and advice on phone, data, audio and video wiring; and a wide range of telecom topics (but not "consumer" phones).

Most phone system manufacturers do not provide tech support to "end-users." Manufacturers want you to get help from your dealer.

Manufacturers will provide support on "consumer" phones. For Panasonic, call 1 800 211 PANA.

Keep in mind that our live help and forums do not support all of the products made by each manufacturer, only the products that AbleComm sells. For example, we DO NOT support Panasonic DBS phone systems, Inter-Tel GMX or 5000 phone systems, or NEC Electra or Dterm phone systems.
